I’m a Digital Product Designer who loves blending creativity with problem-solving. I dive deep into understanding challenges, question assumptions, and think big to create solutions that last. With a background in UX/UI Design for the SaaS industry, I also take on freelance low-code development projects. My clients range from small businesses to mid-sized organizations in tech, education, and the public sector.

Before UX, I worked in retail management and staffing, where I learned how to balance business goals with people-first design. My transition into UX began when I built a custom SharePoint site for my recruiting team, starting from scratch and figuring it all out as I went. That experience sparked my passion for design, combining creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Fun fact: I’ve been a bridesmaid 22 times! (Yes, really.) It’s proof of my dependability, listening skills, and willingness to support others, qualities that also shape my approach to design. Just as I anticipate a bride’s needs, I advocate for users, ensuring their experiences are seamless and intuitive.

I’m passionate about accessible education. I designed my own degree plan using alternative accredited credits, completing 95% of my bachelor’s degree affordably. This experience inspired Preedu, a project aimed at helping others navigate college without excessive debt. My work has even been featured in Money Magazine!

I’ve travelled to 12 countries (most recently Spain and Portugal) and I hope to visit South America next. Traveling has sharpened my research, adaptability, and organizational skills - I’m a pro at creating collaborative Google Sheets! These experiences help me bring a fresh perspective to my design work.

When I’m not designing, I’m painting watercolor portraits or experimenting with kombucha recipes. These creative outlets keep me energized and inspire my work, helping me approach design with fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
