Who This Applies To

This policy covers anyone who visits karaprado.com, including its password-protected /prototypes area. It doesn't cover the external sites the Site links to (LinkedIn, Google Drive), which have their own privacy practices.

What's Collected

The Site has no contact form, no account system, and no analytics running today, so it doesn't collect anything you type in or track your browsing across visits. Two things do happen:

• Standard hosting logs. Vercel, the Site's hosting provider, automatically logs standard web request data (like IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for every site it hosts, the same way most web servers do. Kara doesn't access this for tracking purposes.
• A session cookie for /prototypes. Entering the correct password for a password-protected prototype area sets a single httpOnly cookie that remembers you're allowed in. It doesn't identify you personally, isn't used for tracking, and exists only to keep that gate from asking for the password on every page.

Cookies

The only cookie the Site sets is the /prototypes session cookie described above. It's strictly functional, expires automatically after 14 days, and isn't used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If analytics is ever added to the Site in the future, this policy will be updated first.

Third-Party Services

The Site is hosted on Vercel and links out to LinkedIn and a resume hosted on Google Drive. Visiting those linked destinations is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.

No Sale of Information

Kara doesn't sell, rent, or share visitor information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. There's no advertising on this Site.

Data Retention

The /prototypes session cookie expires after 14 days. Standard hosting logs are retained by Vercel per its own policies, not by Kara directly. No other visitor data is stored.

Your Choices

You can browse the public portfolio without any cookie being set. If you clear your browser cookies, you'll need to re-enter a prototype password to regain access to a protected area. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the Site changes, for example if a contact form or analytics is added later. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
